You can purchase one or more seats in the Customer Service skills program using a credit card, by post including your credit card details or by cheque payable in Australian dollars. We can provide an invoice either electronically or by post.

Prices for more than 10 seats are available on application. All prices quoted are in Australia dollars and subject to 10 percent GST if purchased in Australia.

The program can be customised to suit particular industries and specific companies. This may include specific service situations relevant to your business, incorporating your own service policies and standards and including your company logo in the page format.
